Groch Strategies is an independent growth consultancy helping executive leaders of mid-market companies and early-stage start-ups navigate critical moments for themselves and their businesses.
We believe that the best leaders have distinctive visions of the future. We help them clearly articulate those visions, combine those with a keen understanding of their comparative advantages to determine the best opportunities for growth, and design plans to achieve them while creating long-term, sustainable value for customers and shareholders alike.
Our Founder
Elizabeth Groch
FOUNDER & CEO
Founder & CEO Elizabeth Groch is a seasoned executive with a background spanning marketing, operations, finance and human resources.
She has led three successful acquisitions across the US since 2012: an educational publisher, a Silicon Valley start-up, and a law firm.
She has led a global multi-million-dollar e-commerce retailer and a social media app product studio, and she is an alumna of both industrial giant Air Products and Chemicals and media powerhouse The Economist.
Never short of an opinion, she writes and speaks on business strategy, organizational design, innovation and leadership.
An avid singer, sailor and traveler, Elizabeth holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, a Master’s from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, and a Bachelor’s from Princeton University.
